A Private Voxer Session is a 60-minute 1:1 coaching session that takes place over the Voxer phone or desktop app, where we voice and text message back and forth to get you unstuck and moving forward.

Hi there!
In case you don’t know me yet, I’m Alicia Forest, and I’ve had a very profitable online business since 2001 when I started my 23-year career as an online marketing and business coach. 🤓
That career allowed me to never miss a moment of our kids growing up while contributing financially to our family.
Now that our oldest is in college and our youngest is close behind, I’m finally coming back to the thing I’ve always wanted to do – write. I’m currently working on my first fiction series to be released in 2025!
Meanwhile, I’m taking my 23 years of experience and expertise in online marketing ~ and specifically email list building ~ to help aspiring and seasoned indie fiction authors reach more readers and sell more stories.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How much does it cost?
Each 60-minute session is $150- and there are only 6 4 spots available.
What if we're in different time zones?
I’m generally available between 10am - 4pm Eastern, but can be flexible, so we'll be able to find an hour that works for both of us.
How soon can I book my session? When do I need to use my session by?
As soon as you book your session, my assistant will be in touch with my next availability, which is typically within the next week or two, sometimes sooner.
All sessions must be booked and completed by May 31, 2025.
What if I need to reschedule?
Sometimes Life interrupts, right? I get it! So, if you need to reschedule, please give me at least 24 hours notice.
If you do need to reschedule, please email me at alicia@aliciaforest.com at least 24 hours in advanced.
You may rebook your Voxer Session ONCE and on any of the remaining dates available before May 31, 2025. After that date, there are no refunds or reschedules allowed.
What happens after I reserve my spot?
Once you have reserved your spot with your payment, you will receive a confirmation email from me, with next steps on how to book your session on my calendar, followed by an intake form to best prep for our session.
What's your refund policy?
As spots are very limited, once your session is booked, it is yours and non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you can do so ONCE on an available date before May 31, 2025 with 24 hours notice. Once our session has been completed, as with all of my private coaching, there are no refunds.
What kind of topic is NOT a good fit for a Voxer Session?
- Anything that requires intense review or where you need to show me things on video (this is better suited for a Strategic Consulting Day).
- In-depth teaching, training or tech support, as it doesn’t really suit this format. However, I can give you loads of guidance. I can do limited reviews and give you feedback on things, but please make sure you have sent a copy at least 24 hours in advance.
- Counseling, therapy or legal advice. This is not a replacement for professional support.
Is Voxer free?
Yes, it is. And it’s available for both mobile and desktop. I tend to use my desktop version as I can type faster and share links and files, etc. much easier than on mobile.
